Also a question to anyone who can tall, I noticed this manga is also taken over by the moneygra,,, I mean the company that is almost obliterating all my updates list. Does this mean this might be the last chapter I can read here and have to find myself another site to continue reading?
You don't have to bother with that group and can just block it, since the thing isn't even official by them and is done and managed by mangadex, beside this serie been licensed for 4 year already, if scanlations didn't stop when it got licensed years ago they aren't going to now though, unless groups are willing to drop them (this apply for all those series by j-novel, since most been licensed for years too and still with scanlations)

From what others said in the past, after they strung him on, he basically started writing a new novel for another publisher, as he couldn't find someone willing to publish volume 10 and he lost interest.
Wait, this series novel is discontinued?

Something about the publisher mistreating the Light Novel author causing him to get pissed, change publishers and working on new series and notcontinuing this anymore. THere are some point that i might be wrong, someone can correct me

Someone else talked about this in the comment section on previous chapter if you feel like backreading

If you need large tits to have charm, you didn't have charm in the first place. Yes I'm calling all of Eiken out.

I don't really get how these fight scenes are better in the novel than in the manga

Thanks. It's disappointing but nothing to be done about it I guess. :notlikethis:

If he's possibly stronger than her then he doesn't need her protection. Also if I am the aggressor and the other party used "lethal weapons" to DEFEND HIMSELF against me then I would just GIVE THE FUCK UP and let him go instead of unnecessarily putting both of us through great danger, that's what someone with only good intentions would actually do.
Say you're an officer that needs to arrest someone with a gun. You are the aggressor and the other party is defending himself with a lethal weapon in this case, according to you, so your plan would be to just give up because they resisted?

Your argument is premised upon having knowledge as the reader about the circumstance that the princess does not have. From her point of view, shes trying to restrain a friend (of a friend) so that Sumei and others wouldn't be hurt in the future, but Sumei turned out stronger than anticipated. Sumei activating bombardment shows he doesn't need protection, you're right about that. But that doesn't negate the rest of the reason for her actions.

I kind of want to see a tea bagging next lol.

Get rekt princess!
Honestly, I want to see her laugh about it and accept defeat gracefully. Well, as gracefully as you can do while tied up on the ground. She probably doesn't get to fight seriously much at all, so getting to go all out might do her some good. And getting rekt.

If you need large tits to have charm, you didn't have charm in the first place.
Absolutely.

You're saying that as if that's somehow special or controversial. That series has been a joke for years about being nothing but balloons. Just shallow content that pops the moment you scratch the surface.

Doesn't even make sense with your analogy because Suimei is the defending party. Sure if someone had a gun and was trying to attack you then fine, murder in self defense. When you're the aggresor and you're trying to bring someone back alive though?

What do I do here?

1. Retreat and prepare again to capture said person alive
2. Fucking forget the entire fucking point and stab said friend in the chest, potentially killing him

I'm sure the light novel probably gets this across better but it baffles me how weird some of you guys are with "It's only the lungs, she wasn't trying to kill him!"

Yeah, I'm sure a lawyer is gonna have a field day with that one I bet.

She is NOT a cop thought, she made a deal with him to let him go if he beat her, she is clearly the one calling the shots according to her whims, while a cop wouldn't do such a thing because he'd have clear orders that he must follow.

Also imagine a cop shooting someone down for refusing to join the witness protection program 🥴

Shes the closest thing to a cop they probably have in their world, as shes the literal princess and thus authority figure. So, what exactly is the problem with her calling the shots? Effectively, hes resisting arrest with deadly force. Theres a reason I made that analogy after all.
Princess = the law (and to be clear, no one says the law is right) telling someone they are under arrest
Sumei = suspect (again, whether he is good or bad, right or wrong is irrelevant) says no
Princess uses force to make arrest. At this time, not lethal force. She broke his weapon, the definition of disarming without injury.
Sumei doesn't surrender. Princess does some more slashing. This is the only arguable bit, since its unknown exactly what shes aiming at with her slashes. It could be fatal attacks, it could be just to wound to disable since hes not surrendering.
Sumei then does his explosions. Also unknown what his aim is here. As the reader, we would be sure hes not aiming to kill, especially since hes the MC, the good guy. But that's exactly what I talked about already; its not a valid arguement. What it looks like is the suspect is now resisting arrest with possibly lethal force. So she responds with increased force too.

The TL;DR is that they both responded to each other's escalation of force, but she's the one that has the authority to do so. You can say shes wrong since Sumei is the good guy, but that's just meta knowledge. If Sumei had been a devil that she attacked, you wouldnt try that argument.

No, the closest thing to a cop would be if the princess sent her subordinates to capture him, in that case I would understand if they did everything they could to get him because there is nothing they can do but obey her orders or else they could face punishment. Here though, she's the one calling the shots as I said, and she's calling the wrong shots, and somehow you're here defending her stupid actions and comparing her to "a cop simply doing his job" which couldn't be further from the truth.

Also, and more importantly, Sumei is NOT A SUSPECT!! she is not arresting him because she thinks he's a bad guy, in fact if that was the case then her actions would be justified and we wouldn't even be having this argument right know, the problem is she supposedly just wants to "protect" him, but she's willing to risk his life to do so? 🥴 I mean if you wanna protect someone then maybe start by protecting him from your fucking self first?

You keep cherry picking portions of my analogy in order to take it out of context. Ok, you keep believing she was trying to kill him the whole time.
