@ShionSinX Theoreticly it could be that a "rupture" transported him as well as other things and they just plopped out on the other planet at different times, unstable and so on, that does sound unlikely tho, I agree. I mean, it would only be the direct vincinity (and the last panel points on simething bigger) and at his time of death humanity had forbidden offensive spells, so a terminal that was transported with him wouldnt have them saved. It would indeed make more sense that he came to the future, in which human civilisation was destroyed somehow (most likely by resurfacing monsters or war, since the ban on offensive spells seems to have been lifted at somepoint in time)
(Plus, yeah, that last panel is the same as in the first part the, just the Number 13 instead of 1, so most likely future and either they tried again and lost this time or one of these Deus Ex Machina things didnt get destroyed in the first place.)
