The demons are not genocidal maniacs who want to kill all humans. They're actually fine coexisting with humans, but they can't really coexist with a kingdom that believes humans are inherently superior to all other races, uses slavery magic to strip people of their free will, kidnaps people from other worlds to use as cannon fodder against the demons, and casually throws away otherworlders who aren't useful and preemptively kills otherworlders that might end up falling into the hands of rival countries. Sora is no fan of this country's king, and that makes him a potential ally of the demons.

I expected her to be at least 14... WTH... Must be because she's too flat, I guess. How good is the novel btw? Just reading the manga makes me feel the author lacks writting skills so much.

Just checking that moment. It's hard to evaluate it like that. Not great reviews on novelupdates, though. I guess it's a formulaic isekai to pass the time with when you're bored.
