she did use her powers against the demon guards(?) tho was wanting to avoid that older sister?/clare chara so i assume at least one person's stronger than her to where she'd run (fly) versus just beating up everyone rather than ppl already listening to her so at the very least she also didn't have as much 'authority' yet versus her just procrastinating boring paperwork but i imagine she's either going to somehow befriend them or just get dragged back and sneak back now and then or so, or hashira being able to strike some kinda deal

A member of royalty attacking IS a declaration of war. Up for daddy to decide if he agrees with the daughter getting punished or if he wants to escalate and send an army against 1 guy. Also the girl was apparently strong enough that her own guards couldnt stop her from leaving so the army wouldnt stand a better chance than she did.
The MC hasnt really done a lot of fighting or traning and mostly been farming and hunting animals with the golem, but his whole thing is being able to control plants AND he lives in a huge forest and knowing the way these kind of mangas go, its probably going to be stated soon that "this is a big dangerous forest and most people stay away from it" or something like that. He is not in a weak position, just needs to learn to use his magic in a more agressive way and he could turn the whole place into a death trap for invaders if he wanted to.
That would be a lot of escalation tho. She doesnt need to die but i hope she does get an actual punishment and not some "do farmwork for a week. Aww now she likes it and is friendly" thing

I don't really care much for her getting punishment, although I certainly wouldn't object to it, what I do hope for is that she regrets what she did because it was wrong of her, and not just because he beat her.
Killing her is too much, though.

Good to see the MC was able to stand up for himself. The whole "I know you're good I just need to reach your heart' thing gets a bit ridiculous in some manga where you'll have the MC just straight up excusing violent crime or greed just because something something bad guy just sad.
That being said I find it'd make more sense for them to either turn the brat into fertilizer or send her back as a warning to the rest of the demons sort of "I beat one of your strongest citizens, they attacked us unprovoked out of greed, do you want to make an enemy of us?" because MC didn't really fight hard or long, it's not like he isn't capable of more, unless someone else in the demon kingdon has an unrealistically OP level of world-ending power he could feasibly stand against all of demonkind to protect the farmland he raised himself.
