That's what I am saying. How many pure romance mangas we have with otaku/recluse/add any other self insert trait meet a popular classmate or coworker that for bo good reason is either taking care of him or the opposite. We have even a subgenre of just that called harem.

I feel like we are missing each other as i haven't seen that many mangas having this kind of story. Also, harem subgenre isn't what i meant.

bruh there was no need to turn this into a harem at all. It seems decent, nothing too good or bad. The scanlators have dropped it most probably, there are like 28 Japanese raw chapters while only 18 in english available here.
I would have rated this higher if it wasn't a harem. Also there are a lot of plot holes, like if FL's family is super rich why isn't there a personal servant with chauffeur with her 24/7 and no protection when she goes outside> The idol agency/manager also wasn't shown at all. It was as if she was just an idol in name and got money, and author got a reason for MC and FL to stop dating to drag on the story longer (since idols are not allowed to date)
