Hello spoiler friends will Miyuki decide to game end herself

Here's some hefty spoilers for what's coming up for Miyuki.
It'll be some 20 or 30 chapters away I reckon, but she does. she goes up to the school rooftop to throw herself off, but gets stopped by best girl after being told "you don't get to take the easy way out. you have to live with this for the rest of your life. even now you're only thinking of yourself, and haven't even considered how much you'll hurt Eiji even more by doing this.
This happens a day or two after she's told that Eiji was going to kill himself because of what she did
As for what happens to Miyuki for the next few weeks in the WN:
Eiji's mother calmly tells her she's lowlife scum and she's never welcome again at their house. A warm and kind place that was basically her own family and her benefactors.
She gets tracked by a friend of Eiji and he photographs her & Kondo going into and out of a love hotel, with him calling the cops on them. They both get apprehended and their parents involved. Miyuki's mother slaps her and chews her ass off for cheating on Eiji, then the mother collapses and is hospitalised. That leaves Miyuki alone at home, wallowing in self loathing and guilt.
The photos are sent to the school, incriminating Kondo and Miyuki. They get suspended and the teachers are gathering evidence against them because they suspect them both to be the original instigators of the bullying. The students at school find out the whole thing was made up from the start and that Miyuki was cheating. They turn on her and she loses all her friends. One who was friends with both Miyuki and Eiji before the incident walks up to her outside of school and tells her strait to her face that she's repulsed by what she did and they can't be friends any more.
After having seen Eiji and the new girl together multiple times over the past couple weeks, Miyuki happens to bump into the new girl while buying the bare minimum of food to sustain herself. She gets told how much of a lowlife she is and is at this point told that Eiji was going to kill himself. This sends her spiraling further into guilt and self loathing.
She tries to off herself at the school rooftop, gets stopped by the new girl who tells her she doesn't get to hurt Eiji any more and doesn't get to take the easy way out. Teachers rush in and have to tell her mother when they find out what she was doing up there.
Still in hospital, the mother then has two teachers walk in with Miyuki and is told what happened at school. She slaps her twice and tells her that she can't take the easy way out from the immense sins she committed. The mother tries to stumble her way out of the hospital to go apologise directly to Eiji and his mother but is stopped by the staff.
Later when Miyuki visits the hospital, the mother had talked to Eiji's mom on the phone to apologise. Her mother then informs Miyuki that Eiji's family is pressing charges and seeking compensation from everyone involved in the bullying, and that she might have to sell their house to pay for it. A house her single mother worked herself to the bone to provide. Miyuki now understand just how badly she has screwed over not just Eiji, but his family, and even her own mother.

Kondo is also evil and an antagonist, but he had no relation with the MC, no obligation, made no promises, didn't betray him, and so on and on. They're two very different type of evils.

Also, the people cheering on the Mom, I personally don't like her at all.

She knew about the cheating, and told her she saw it as "just part of growing up", so she would've been fine with it if her son had never found out, she's only mad Miyuki ended up hurting her son. It's why she never bothered to tell her son either and allowed him to find out in the worst way possible. And for Kondo and Miyuki to set him up like this.

She saw Miyuki and Kondo out together several times. She thought Eiji and Miyuki must have had a fight and mutually broken up. It wasn't until Eiji was heading out the door on his birthday to meet Miyuki, then came home absolutely distraught that she realised that he was actually being cheated on and he had no idea about Miyuki being with Kondo. She didn't bring up Kondo because she didn't want to pry into freshly opened wounds

Yeah she is the character that you feel sorry for the most. She did not deserve anything given her situation and life. It's been some time since we had a chapter about her in the WN, hope at least she can have somewhat of a decent ending.

Kondo told her the photos were for proof of DV, but he didn't elaborate on how they would be used. Miyuki didn't question it either. She didn't help him take the photos, but she certainly didn't try to stop him from taking the photos. And, Kondo didn't warn her before making the bruises worse.

She didn't know how the photos were going to be immediately used to spread rumors about and bully Eiji.

It could be argued that her passiveness helped, but just saying she helped implies that she was a part of the planning and execution rather than just being there.

Her real sin is being passive and not actively doing anything to stop it from escalating.
