I never understood how she thought that she’d get away with cheating in the first place. If she ever did end up having sex with the MC, he’d know immediately that she wasn’t a virgin. The lack of a hymen and her terrible acting skills would be a dead giveaway. Knowing her she’d probably admit it part way through (or call out the other guy’s name) because she’s a total idiot.

Honestly, Kondo is a piece of shit, but he wasn’t the one cheating. Miyuki, on the other hand, was knowingly trying to get away with it and would have lied about it until death just because it suited her better. I don’t know if she ever really cared about the MC in the first place TBH. If she ever thought his feelings were important, then she’d never have considered cheating in the first place.

I also don’t buy the “they’re young and make mistakes“ excuse at all. Mistakes are made by accident and without intent, but she made choices and knew they were wrong when she did it.

she got lured in by an experienced guy who lovebombed her and stole her kiss etc. but i think the cheating part started from when she first wanted kondo's attention. even if she is young this just shows that she had it in her bc she had a lot of chances to tell eiji that she want to break up, if she did it that way this story would have been like a oneshot ntr story or full story but vanilla romance between ai and eiji. miyuki didnt choose this, she is greedy and wanted both kondo as the first guy she finds comfort and eiji as the safety net.

I read the novel, pretty much everything that happens to Amada from here on is a consequence from this conversation.

Really, the cheating is kinda secondary (not saying its not screwed up, of course), but it was providing false testimony, implying he committed a crime when she knew he didn't...

After she gets caught with EVIDENCE to her lie, by that I mean VIDEO EVIDENCE of what happened that night which SHOWS Eiji never touched her and that WRIST was GRABBED by Kondo! That BITCH face of her's talking about easy bruising and such in her attempt to make Eiji look more guilty in her attempt to protect Kondo! THAT is going to come back and haunt her and it's Bloody BEAUTIFUL

Teacher was right, this was Miyuki's ONLY chance to confess, she'd be a CHEATER revealed of course, but. She did it cause she didn't want to be a "bad person" as after that, and feeling GUILTY leaving Eiji like that! Kondo "smooth talked her" into believing she was RISKING his future by getting him involved and this is HOW he convinced her to let him TAKE THE PICTURE as he claimed it would "be his insurance" if Eiji made a fuss! It means she KNEW he was going to use it as BLACKMAIL against Eiji and let it happen. AND BY THAT she knew he used it ANY FUCKING WAY which meant she had no more obligation to protect him, but she still did so. Can't believe it took a LATER EVENT and Kondo dropping the mask cause at that point, he had no need to do so, that she thought "an obvious playboy who pursued her to cheated and gave her the offer KNOWING she was in a relationship was EVER A FUCKING GOOD PERSON!" I think THAT and later Eiji PURE rejection trying to protect "the good memories of her BEFORE THAT POINT" and finding out about his suicide attempt and later Ai calling her out for trying to do the same like the coward she continued to be had to happen for her to finally WAKE THE FUCK UP!
