I hope unnamed bathroom woman sticks around and becomes a character. She could have clothed herself in some of Kira's clothes or any random scrap of cloth or trash bag, but she decided to Solid Snake it instead. That's the type of ridiculous, inane decision-making I like to see in Jojo characters.
