I think they just dislike each other. They are similar but express their sense of justice very differently. Also, she sees him as a delinquent, who in her eyes, are the scum of scum.

I used to find Ishigami kinda relatable...
But to know he has been through hell because he was white-knighting... yet he is STILL DOING IT...
I just don't have any sympathy left. Let him live in the misery of his own creation.

He has his sense of justice, and goes white-knighting even without others noticing, at least being smart when doing it would be great for our hero. All this hatred of iino by him should be because he plays in the school, has bad score in tests and his long hair, he should be for her the example of what someone should not be
