First, someone explain to me why this has a horror tag. I started last week despite reservations and found it didn't trigger me like most horror does - what's up?
Second, wow, that chapter felt short. x.x
Third, #15, that is not how one uses the five whys. Also, everything Kikoru said is true. They may not be the core reason she fights kaiju, but they are by no means lies.
What a break-neck chapter and what a terrifying attack. I really hope our boy Kafka shows up to fill the adopted parent role.

I guess it's more (light) gore than horror, I've been noticing that if characters die in the manga they tend to slap the horror tag on it.
5 whys is used correctly, they just didn't finish asking because it is a mental attack, since 'making someone proud' is an external validation, the next chapter will probably be the true internal reason.
The art was cool in this one.

Ah, that's true. I was thinking of it slightly differently, but you have a point. I wonder what her core internal reason would be, since there doesn't seem to be a lot of options.
