I see a short blue haired childhood friend and I think I know where is this going. And also that hallway of her house is so barren.

Bro... I never thought male houskeeping would become such a big trope. I'm not really complaining, but I feel like it might become overused soon (if it isn't already).
At least I get another wholesome manga.
I already feel it is overused, i went "wait a minute, haven't i read this already, like thrice?"

It is pure romance between the two.

It's like Angel Next Door, but it's the guy who is actually high spec instead of the girl. Dude has the brains (Top of the class), the brawn (karate guy), the looks, and the personality (family oriented). This whole series is about this girl crushing on this guy super hard while he tries to keep it professional.
If everything you said is true then I look forward to the shenanigans that take place

honestly it could be good but man the negative prejudice about tropes and "beautiful girl in my class" shit killed my ability to enjoy these.
well, back to waiting for himaten i guess.

Same here, but I then remembered that some men can be extremely meticulous when it comes to cleaning, even more than women.

...

No one refers to someone as 'hey, my best friend'

...
You're probably right but on the other hand perhaps because there's a single word for it? I could be totally wrong and I'm just going by Google Translate telling me that "Best Friend" is 親友 Shin'yū.

We don't say Big Bro or Big Sis routinely in English either but in Japan they sure seem to.

Wow, it fixed everything that I complained about after reading Hima-Ten.

No melodrama, no bickering. He's not accused of being a pervert or casually treated like a general purpose manservant, either. The story does a good job showing how she is rightfully cautious toward this whole situation, without treating him like a criminal. And for his part, he displays a truly professional attitude, doing his best to make her comfortable by staying friendly and courteous.

MOVE OVER OTAKUS, THE AGE OF MALE HOUSEKEEPERS IS HERE
Soon we'll get the Otaku housekeeper taking care of the older women gyaru (I'm trademarking this)

is it me or the intro is a bit too rushed? kinda reminded me of those isekai manga where the entire plot is spoiled in the title, in this case, it would be something like: "My whole family died, so my grandma taught me housekeeping and now I'm overpowered in this world" xD

Is this monthly or weekly? It feels new or different. Why am I so curious with what happens next? Hahaha
