It's cause she's also in love with Megumi, which, btw, kinda came out of nowhere but it's something that's been established a few volumes back.

I think it's because them moving in together has (short of getting married) completely dashed any hope she had of having something with Megumi, and she's (understandably IMO) reacting emotionally. Not that it excuses her behavior, but I don't think it comes out of nowhere.
