Boourns, loss is part of life. Also it always cheapens any sacrifice and removes stakes when the potential for permanent death is negated.
Not going to jump to conclusions (there's likely strings attached to the necromancy (like the person Seiran saved will die or whatever), and there's a strong possibility that Ari will straight up refuse) but I hope this isn't a 'thing' in this series.
Keen to see how the author navigates this regardless.
