Again, I commend his loyalty to his crush. But what aspect of her is he loyal too? Panty shots? Girl helped a fellow out one time and he pledged his allegiance. Like, Tomori is sweet and all; I like her as a character just fine. But she is not so outstanding that I would keep crushing on her while kissing her best friend. I get that this manga takes place in a world where someone can die from not kissing every 3 days but this "it is my duty to kiss you and nothing more" nonsense is on a whole other level (below). Dude is treating a secret kiss with his (fully conscience) classmate like CPR, with no thought or consideration for how she feels about it at all. "Maybe you think you like me but you're only kissing me to survive so it's actually your delusion and your feelings are invalid." If he drops a line like that I'm...probably just going to keep reading but if he was real I'd hit him.

This guy makes me feels like Arin Hanson does toward Bowser. If he becomes all sad when she finds someone else to help her and decides that he actually does like her, I will throw hands (as in, I'll throw my hands up and say "bruh" with a resigned tone as I continue to read just to see how the author decided to wrap up the story).

Exactly...she's the one that didn't like him at all at the beginning and just used him, usually saying mean things. Don't know how she is surprised now about the situation

Also agree with the fact that in 6 chapters it's difficult to see going from here to couple, unless some bs happens

Yeah, as others said, it's her fault. She knows the guy as a crush on another girl and yet she expects him to fall for her regardless on how she treats him.
For the ending, I'm assuming in the last two chapters he's going to have an epiphany and realize she's always been his true love.

The girl is just in her own mind. She's suffering from the typical mistakes most schoolkids make in their first romance - thinking that whatever feelings and effort you output translates 100% to them receiving it. Just as the MMC doesn't deserve to be with Tomorin because all he's felt is in his own head and he hasn't really made any advances in their relationship, FMC deserves to be further rejected with all the negative actions she's taken towards their relationship.
