I'd be pretty obvious. If Madoka actually likes Sachiko she would notice even the smallest changes and let's admit it Yuzu's acting sucks a$$ ain't no way she wasn't going to get found out.

Yeah...I'm not buying characters having thoughts beyond "Wow Sachiko seems different! That hit to the head must've affected her personality!".
That kouhai thinking "you're not the same person" was already too much of a leap. But Madoka being able to figure out it's "body swapping"?
Without seeing how both people are acting?
Or knowing the personality of the other person?
