lol if only it was that easy to lose belly fat, even when i was a teen i didn't have a flat tummy but most of my fat/weight gain goes more to my stomach versus evenly distributing so jeans are a pain

love how casually they can shower next to each other , even in a locker/shower room i'd think there'd be like 'dividers' or so

idk about the cold dip but a sauna after a workout sounds nice. feels like wearing a hat inside would make ur hair feel 'stuffy' unless that's the point versus them wearing it so it doesn't frizz up but i haven't personally had problems with water and hair
