I find it odd how the author decided to spoil so much of the future developments in the summary. It's not like this is an adaptation of a novel, so the summary is legit spoiling stuff that as of now, we have no indication will happen yet.

Kind of tells me the whole point of this story is really to do cheap NTR bait plots, which by the looks of it will go both ways for both protags with the whole "OTHER LEWD GIRLS" line.
