I'm sorry, by "dog park", do they mean "dog zoo"? Is that a thing in the Nihon? Ngl, I feel like it's more fucked up to keep dogs in a zoo than even apes and dolphins. It's not about the intelligence, but about the interspecies bond. Almost like keeping mentally handicapped humans in a zoo.
