"Last Updated" column is incorrect

The "Last Updated" column on some manga pages is incorrect.
Examples:

[*]http://mangadex.org/?page=search&title=Samurai Sensei
Both of them have one chapter, but were apparently never updated.

After uploading them they had a group delay applied to them, which might be related to that.
For example, Volcanic Age (Scanlated by Meraki Scans with a group delay of 1 day) was updated 13 days ago according to the "Last Updated" column, but has a chapter that was uploaded 13 hours ago and several other chapters that were uploaded less than 13 days ago.

That column is updated every time a chapter is uploaded directly to the manga entry.
Meaning: any language updates it, uploading and then deleting the chapter leaves it updated, uploading somewhere else and then moving the chapter to that manga doesn't update it.
This was fixed temporarily before so it showed the date of the latest chapter based on your language settings (so none of the issues happened) but has since been reverted back until a new, better solution is found.

EDIT: You are correct though, Volcanic Age should have still been updated. But keeping in mind what I said about how a difference solution for these issues is being looked into, the issue with Volcanic Age will be fixed as well when it happens.
