Link the forum posts with the manga :implemented:

I don't know if it was already suggested but I think it would be cool to link the forum posts related to a manga on the manga that it is related to... Like being able to start a new thread about the manga while being on the page of the manga and for it to show up sowhere on the page. I don't know if I'm being clear because English isn't my first language... Feel free to ask me any questions for clarifcations.

They do.

Click the series title with the book icon to get to the manga page. This works for chapter comments as well.
