Adding a few more to the pile above:

Shut Hell - Reincarnating super-mongols.
Soloist in a cage - The daily humdrum of the ultra-gulag is rocked by a singing, dancing and murdering orphan girl.
Teppuu - A sports manga, but told from the point of view of the cocky dickass rival.
Reiri - The light is off inside but this peasant still works.
Qualia the Purple - Absolute madwoman gets a cellphone.

I also love Renjoh Desperado to bits and will second that. Hopefully scanlation for it will pick up again within the next lifetime.
