This author is fucking braindead to think it is plausible to lose 15kg in a month, let alone without any professional help. In context, it took Christian Bale 4 months to lose 30kg for The Machinist, and with severe health risks, both physically and mentally.

Not saying the author should kill themselves, but they should consider a career change.

bro it aint even that hard, I lost the same amount but in 5 weeks. And this was simply eating minimally while running 5 laps around an oval a day.

I like oshi no ko, i think that it is genuinely good(even though there are some things i really HATE about it). But this manga just comes to show that akasaka aka truly excels in romance, the guy just really knows how to do it right. It kinda happens with oshi no ko as well, romance is not the biggest focus there, but people still like the romance in that series
