I can predict two things potentially happening (Probably the first one):

The negative effects of viewing this are going to result in her not being able to come close to creating something that could be considered a suitable copy of the painting, from an artist's point of view.
OR
The painting has memetic properties, and they're gonna have to call in the Demon SCP Foundation in order to contain it.

I have no words for this

consistent with demons reactions. We all guilty of humanazing them too much, but this reaction is akin to what we saw from idol arc. Crazy drive and excitment to follow one's desire. Her desire to see Beem's sensei work and create her own art are overpowering the negative effects of the picture itself.

Maybe the negative effect only applies to non artists? And artists are immune to the insanity debuff BUT get a different kind— an manic inspiration buff?

I'm guessing that Silvia isn't as affected as well, because an artist she can probably (or tries to) deconstruct how it's made— basically she sees it both as a whole and composition, which helps with the debuff.
