Aside from the fact that Shizuka is super adorable, I really appreciate how this chapter showed that someone can take a day-off all by themselves without having to bring along their SO.

Nurturing a relationship is important, but taking care of yourself is important too, and a lot of romance manga don't show this.

I think these chapters have been set pre-marriage but after they moved in together, yeah.

It's like a weird sort of separate reality almost? The original run ended with the marriage and the stuff afterwards started coming out years (I think) later and it's after they've moved in but before marriage, and Misono's ikemen skills have been buffed to absolute shits.
Some other earlier stuff seems to be retconned, but at this point I can't actually recall what it was, but something was definitely different apart from the timeline.
