It doesn't. Goro basically loses his crush when she says that to him. She doesn't really show up in the manga again after this arc and the timeskip. If I remember correctly, she shows up in the anime later on when they are older, but its filler.

We love doing it so there's no burning out for now; We're only looking for a cleaner because Cloneable feels like it'd be nice to already have them whited out so he can typeset it and release it even faster; Lalo and I are working on a pace of 1 translated chapter a day(2 if it's very short), so it's a pretty chill pace that fits both our schedules
