Manga where MC travels back to his high school?

I am trying to figure this one out. It's more current one.

The MC is older when the story starts but something happens and goes back in time to his high school and wakes up at his desk grabbing his first love arm that is sitting infront of him and realize he is back in high school before she dies or goes missing when he is older in life. But he has magic power that came back with him and he starts training to protect her from the future of dying or goes missing.

The most recent high school time travel stories I've read that come closest are Quinpath Romance and 17-sai Kara,
but neither really fit the grabbing arm description.

No one in Ore no Kurasu or Inkya Datta Ore is missing or die, and the start of Ashita, Hadashi de Koi is not an adult.

Training? So there's gonna be a fight?
