Looked at my comment from Ch2 and saw i was wrong. I did expect the girl to be one of the next targets until i ultimately ended on it being Fatty.

I would have put my money on being in this order Fatty, Girl, Muscles, Ringleader, Ringleader's Mom and then maybe Ringleader's dad with suicide capping it off.

( a longer series would have the truck driver, the principal, the homeroom teacher, ex-husband, the classmates as targets)

I think this flower that’s blocking her face is called a Lily of the Valley, which happens to also be a poisonous type of flower. Wondering if there might be some other meaning behind it, maybe a flower nerd can offer insight here.

If you Google got a bit you'll find that this flower besides it's meaning of happiness and purity symbolize the tears of virgin Mary. And since our Maria here is not really pure I guess she's a happy little serial killer right now.
