The count died at war and the people who hated her threw her out as they blame her for the counts death.

Then because she was sheltered her whole life she died shortly after that.

She never grew up because she never had a reason to, she was always alone, always emotionally neglected, and spoiled beyond belief so of course she isn’t gonna be mature or a bad ass she just knows what she did wrong was wrong but she doesn’t know what’s right.
