An idiot is here, but honestly I'm not surprised or disappointing. Meika has finally mostly sorted through her feelings, but Kouta hasn't. Also Meika's embarrassment stops her from being fully honest. If your friend was making a dumb pouty face at you, but they were explicit that they weren't with you at the time because they had feelings for you, poking them is a pretty normal response.
