Quintessential Quintuplets at its end ruffled many of its readers by not giving the other four girls, a potential ending with the MC compared to BokuBen, where the Mangaka actually delivered all the possible endings with the harem cast.

Because of this, the fan base for quintessential quintuplets decided, at that time, to take matters into their own hands; creating several doujins that focused on Itsuki, Miku, Nino, & Ichika. These doujins we’re not H-Mangas but rather tried to replicate the same feelings as the original manga.

Some of them were successful, but it never felt complete.

Well, doujinshi's aren't necessarily H manga, they're just fan works that are based off of a series

Honestly, I see only two possible endings at this point. Either harem ending or he remains friends (or even siblings somehow) with those three, and he gets together with Sakura.
