Did he really forced them to kneel? Did they saw that with their own eyes or they just heard about it?

What could have happened off screen:
#1 They really did get on knees;
#2 They came to an agreement that they will tell everybody that they really did get on knees;
#3 They didn't get on knees, he spread a rumor that they did.

We don't know because the author didn't feel obligated to show us. We can only guess.
Despite my dislike for the Shield Hero, the scene of potential kneeling was shown to us from start to finish.

The logic you're portraying is that of a flat-earther. "I cannot believe the proof because I have not seen it myself." Not much I can say beyond that. There's no one on this planet, not even the author himself, that could change your mind anyways.

You're mad if you want me to reread this many chapters. Be more specific if you want to prove anything here. First chapter on the list I skimmed through - it was a chapter where Second spares Garam. Where's the "merciless introduction" in there...?
