Gojou skimped on her wedding ring smh
Interesting question. So my sense lately is (and I was out downtown Sendai today trying to notice) and it seems like simple wedding bands are the fashion lately. Sure, costly materials like white gold and platinum… but Like a big complex stone setting would be kind of an obaasan choice.
Kinda funny that younger women are wearing elaborate jewelry and accessories generally but wedding rings are simple.
Don’t take my word though the Tohoku is pretty staid generally

Why do all the good gal wife mangas gotta end?
You either end a good manga, or run long enough to see yourself become overrated. The Bleach anime ending early is the best thing that could've happened for the TYBW arc.

I'm happy with the ending, even from the start I couldn't really feel the romance from these two (felt more like a series for the creative arts) and there is no way you'll top the Haniel cosplay. Well done Fukuda sensei!

Nice conclusion, but I think it could do two more chapters for ending it better.

But who am I to suggest, so I think this is already fine. A bit sad cause no more marin.

Hope to see some extra though.

Wow that was such a mild and boring end. 😐

I wonder what's the actual reason for it to end this way. It feels so rushed. We got not even a single decent arc with them being in a relationship, no real romantic development past the literal first step. Everything got hung out and then random timeskip finish.

Also, I'm gonna be real. I was expecting at least A LITTLE BIT of wholesome spicy action after 100+ chapters of teasing.

I get that MC is a super awkward terminal prude, but c'mon, you can't just introduce a FMC whose literal first arc was about cosplaying a mind-broken sex slave from an eroge, followed by several other cosplays of similar origin and less coverage, and then finish the fucking series without showing them getting busy at least once ffs.

I'm not even talking about explicit stuff. I'd have been giggling like a schoolgirl on helium if I'd just seen some chapters where they go on a date as a couple with Marin going seriously on the offensive and absolutely intending to get Gojo to get physical with her, even if all we got was a "fade to black" in the end.

Am I thirsty? Likely. But YOU KNOW I'M RIGHT. 👀

"And they lived happily ever after..." A cliche worn tired out time skip ending but I get the feeling that the mangaka or someone high up was done with this title and pulled the plug on it.

We all reach a breaking point with things eventually, where we want to stop because it's overwhelming, and in those moments it's important to have the support around to help you work through it before you make a potentially regrettable decision.

So yes, there's every chance that the feedback from one weak arc was enough to wrap it up because she's fired all her editors and nobody was talking her off this ledge.

I desperately hope that isn't the case though.
Is the stuff about firing editors in like Japanese news sources?
Because that would explain the over indulgence of the last 2 arcs and sudden ending.

We literally spent more time focused on finding Black Fabric than the Romance. Gheeze
the ending felt rushed, we had the endless slow of the haniel thing and mopey wakana that ended in chapter 100, then from 100 onwards it was... nothing all "filler" with zero cosplaty pretty much, zero costume making, nothing, like the mangaka burned out on that haniel thing and went 200% on the nothing slice-of-life after

Well, add one more to the evergrowing list of terribly underwhelming and rushed manga endings. I can't for the life of me understand the widespread inability of japanese authors to properly and satisfyingly wrap up their otherwise great stories.

just registered just to comment, i think the ending somewhat left a hole in me because it is kinda a bit sudden just after they confessed..... but i do like the ending, quite satisfied with it because i was really hoping Marin not take cosplaying as a professional career....
and wow. 7 years.....

looking forward to this author next work! AND BIG THANKS TO THE TRANSLATOR TEAM!!!!

final manga volume for japanese on sale when?
