Because if you actually pay attention as seen by the end of the previous chapter and across this whole chapter, the dude tore her clothes and she isn't wearing a bra, thats why they used her arms to cover her chest in every occassion (otherwise there would've been more censor lol), so yes her boobs are gonna be exposed and you gonna see the nipples in the last panel

Another thing is how inconsistent the damage shown on her clothes was, but yeah her chest was exposed, just carefully hidden until the last panel

IIRC the worst he did was angry looks at MC, acting kinda creepy stalkery, and in the end, the horror, trying to snitch on FL to her mom (not knowing she already knows everything and is fine with it). After that there was a verbal confrontation and he was told by FL to give up and stop being a bother in no uncertain terms.

There is however another side character arc that in the 'original' hentai does involve rape and even incest, which the reincarnated MC of course prevents using his knowledge, and in that case there's no redemption. I saw somebody speculated that maybe the manga decided to cut that arc for some reason and fold some elements of it into the main one...
