Why do so many isekai stories have the MC see himself as weak even after they become level 999 and attain godhood? Like, the guy writing this is clearly doing it as a self-insert fantasy. Least he can do is commit to it instead of humble bragging.

@xyzzy idk, maybe japanese people have been cuturaly trained to act like they are inferior to people they believe have a higher social status then them in public? It seems like it since the majority of isekai ive read has the MC say they are weak, even in the face of pure statistics telling them they are OP and for their whole "Real World" life they played rpg's and mmo's... I hope its not the case though since i would break if all my hard work was being acredited to someone else or i had to constantly say i was a lesser person than someone else..

@xyzzy : the MC does not know what level and stat ranges are like in this world yet, all he knows is his class is considered weak
it is, it is a NPC tier class with only healing abilities and no real combat power that needs to level up to much to gain an additional skill, while there are healer classes that have both healing and combat potential
. And sincee it varies wildly by game (old D&D editions capped at 20, the first Final Fantasy was like 50, most games now are 99, but others can up up to 9,999 (or more) proceding with caution makes sense.

Plus if he say grows at 1/10 the rate the others do then level 200 is equivalent to level 20 for to rest.

Stories like this where the MC has hit kill abilities are the worst type. And its easy to figure out whats happening next. Bet hes finding a girl or a monster that he can tame in the next 2-3 chapters, or/and hes grinding to level 1000 or even higher. Just because its a RPG does not mean the MC needs to one hit every single entity. MC has no personality as well, "because its a revenge isekai" sounds like one of the possible answers for that. Until now, everything the MC has said or thought is in 2 categories:
1. I'll destroy this country, other rage stuff
2. Analyzing and questioning everything, including how to defeat monsters (that he can hit kill)
RPG isekai is becoming a "do not read" sign.

@monkey123 the best are the idiots who think people care if they drop a manga. I block every one of those, dozens and counting.

@cullinaire
Haha, that's what makes the chaotic comment section funny. 🤣 Some people probably block me as well when I shit on the mangas which they like. 🙂

@monkey123 honestly I'm totally fine with just about anything ppl have to say about the manga they are reading, good or bad! That's discussion. And I'm not offended if they choose to drop it, everyone has their choice.

What I don't care to see are comments from people who are no longer invested in the particular title. That's my choice I suppose.

Kinda confused on what kind of release type this manga is following? Like Chapter 2 has no .1 so why is this Chapter 2.2? Also this feels like they didn't know how to segregate the chapters so this left over part was put in as 2.2??

Anyway, this is one of those manga where the skill system makes no sense so far. Maybe it's explained in the novel, but this kind of broken system would not work what so ever, in any mass use bases.

Assuming he knows games i'm surprised that he never thought that a big ass room with loot in the middle of it will have boss/guardian to guard it or that lvl 5 is the maximum lvl for skill judging by the system's messages last chapter

Gonna keep staying tho cause i'm an isekai junkie lol

"just like a game!"
2 seconds later...
"The loot has a guardian!?" *Surprised pika face*

Since when has there ever been a big ass room with loot in the center without guardian or traps?!

@Asvi I actually hadn't considered that five was the cap for skills, since I have seen both ten and even 20 be the cap in games and manga elsewhere. Heck, Elder Scrolls goes to 100.

To bad for him his main damage is an aoe erosion ability (that seems to originate form himself?). Means that staff will break real fast.
