Okay, sure, is she however, a slavedriver? Literally we have seen one aspect of being a boss she is bad at, youre going on a completely different tangent now.Is slavedriver a good boss if he delivers results to his stakeholders? If I am to be working under one, I am sure as hell not calling him a good boss, even if his stakeholders are happy with how much labour he can extract out of me and my colleagues.
My tangent is that "she runs a successful department" does not have anything to do with her qualities as a boss, not directly anyway, that's a top-down metric measured from the position of the company leadership, and from their perspective, she might as well be working alone if she delivers the same results as the department. I mean, her being a "bad boss", which is a bottom-up metric about essentially how happy are her subordinates to be working under her leadership, may negatively impact the success of the department, like reduce employee retention or enthusiasm or whatever, but then there are countless manga about black companies where the salarymen carry on regardless.Okay, sure, is she however, a slavedriver? Youre taking one poor trait and blanket saying "Nope, this is it, she is bad", all im saying is that based on the information available, we KNOW she has poor teaching and mentor skills, but we also KNOW she has been running the flagship of the company for A WHILE.My tangent is that "she runs a successful department" does not have anything to do with her qualities as a boss, not directly anyway, that's a top-down metric measured from the position of the company leadership, and from their perspective, she might as well be working alone if she delivers the same results as the department. "one aspect of being a boss she is bad at", and it's her being such an unapproachable hardass her subordinates avoid interacting with her
"Capable of doing her job", as in, running the department, is a bare minimum in my book, it doesn't make her a good or a bad boss, it makes her just a boss. Black companies can provide you with job security, so can slavedrivers.Your employees being happy is far from the only, or even the most important aspect of being a boss. If your employees are happy but the work isnt getting done properly, congrats, they are happy until they're out of work.
I am not making this assumption? I am talking soley about Rihito's situation, and judging her as a boss soley on her treatment of him. Whether she makes everyone miserable or just Rihito, that makes her a bad boss, the latter even worse than the former in some regards; I don't see how "at least someone else is happy working under her" wouldn't be as condemning of her qualities as a boss from Rihito's perspective. You are making blanket assumptions that everyone in that department is miserable when we are seeing ONE PERSON, having a hard time adapting to a new environment.
What I am presenting as fact is what the manga tells me: she immediately put a burden of expectations on him, she did not offer any onboarding to him or even inquire about whether he's familiar with the toolset he needs to know to perform his job function, made herself unapproachable, and berated him for mistakes. She is a bad boss. To Rihito, if you need me to be pedantic. And there's enough information in the manga for me to make this call.and presenting it as fact.
Lol so trueIs slavedriver a good boss if he delivers results to his stakeholders? If I am to be working under one, I am sure as hell not calling him a good boss, even if his stakeholders are happy with how much labour he can extract out of me and my colleagues.
I don't think reni would be any better though..This Kizaki chick is getting on my nerves! Bring back Reni and Negimon and Choco-chan!
LOL, she's so bf deprived that jsut the slight mention sets her off🤣🤣🤣🤣
Pretty privilege be going HARD AFI'm sure most will agree with my take that, this manga is an exception about the fact that we don't mind at all the main characters aren't getting together even this many chapters in and, it's still somewhat interesting to keep reading it
