So a couple of notes on this chapter: First, the machine translator I use has been updated to allow multiple pages to be translated at once rather than me having to upload each page individually and download back onto my computer one at a time, so with that whole process being streamlined, I'll be able to translate much faster than before... Also, with that streamlining comes the fact that some of the kinks have clearly not been worked out. One of the pages where the guy mentions ovaries, afterward the machine must've bugged out because it just repeated "SEX" seven times straight, apropos of nothing. I howled with laughter. I thought about just leaving that panel as it was for comedy, but then I thought, "No, that wouldn't be right".

On a personal note, one of the dishes mentioned, Kazunoko (herring roe), I had the opportunity to try for the first time during my trip to NYC this past March at a Kura Sushi. I hated it, which surprised me because first of all, I almost always like anything seafood, and secondly, the one thing I expected not to like (sea urchin) I ended up really liking. But that herring roe... Do not want lol.
