good pacing on Jessica pointing out the lack of cohesion in that group, only to instantly mesh with Ann after so long and putting on a flawless exhibition of what synergy actually means. Also, good thing that Roa person hasn't been able to actually put his hands on Kachua. Though I'd be curious if he'd actually be able to Copy what she has, given it's so unique/out of the ordinary.
Though if he's being set up for a growth arc of his own as the next "non-party member" character to be helped by Kachua, I could see him getting a big head over the amount of power her ability grants, only to put his own group in real danger, and then have to be reprimanded and shown what's what.

He just feels a bit skeevy at the moment, though I can't quite put my finger on why. Probably just that he's got a chip on his shoulder because of the disparity in what he can do versus the other three, and all their praise/dependence on him making his ego swell? Either way, I expect he'll be rounded out and won't be an actual antagonistic character or anything, but. Guess we'll see what the author has in store.

It's actually surprisingly easy for such a group dynamic to develop. Especially when one individual outclasses the rest of the team.

While true a new party might instantly run face first into the wall that is his ability, if they all started at around the same time, the resentment is mostly mitigated by familiarity and friendship.

The dissatisfaction is still there, but there were also several couping mechanisms present as well. The teasing, and especially how he was regularly scolded by his teammates.

So it's not hard to understand how they are still a team, and even easier to see the cracks in unit cohesion.

It's pretty interesting how the Noa's team's problem is good teamwork that isn't based on pure vibe.
Something that's kinda happen in some "Kamen Rider Crossover Movies", or just Crossover movie overall, each series protag fighting together as a team in way of "Based on vibe".
Double the irony with Noa's Ref is very likely Kamen Rider Revice that have their identity based on being 2 in 1 Kamen Rider, thus more focus on teamwork.
Also another thing, Noa's team really consist of teammates with powers that kind of resemble Kamen Rider Kuuga's base forms, Quick (Dragon vs Sword), Range (Pegasus vs Guns), and Raw Power (Titan vs Axe).
