Nah, no need for a tiny hammer. Here's how you do it: Leave him in his armor, but chain his legs together and stick those in the forge. Once they're welded together, that's when you can hammer and fold out the excess carbon impurities and hopefully make something halfway decent. Get a good edge and then stick him in the ground somewhere unpleasant.
