They going so far like 3rd Reich Germany / Soviet Russia and their eugenic tendency is amp up more than 100%, many race got massacres and Driven out from their origin land. Kobolds, Dwarfs are one of many victims and now resident in orcsen which help fuel the war support immensely (Kobold by espionage via trade cooperation through 3 country and war services, Dwarfs with industrial means and war services). So far, Orcsen is in better position in early phase of war.
