It's solid and reads very well, anything I would actually call low quality tends to read poorly or have consistent grammar issues. Kirei is just Kirei, she's an over decade long vet so don't feel bad about the comparison.

I was under the impression Justus thought he was using the sword consistently but now I'm not so sure. There might be a butterfly effect from something Harold did earlier that has impacted Justus' motivations or as mentioned above he could also be a reincarnator. If it works how it is with Harold his interactions are limited by the original character which would make it harder to work out without seeing more of him privately, or his internal monologue.

Theory time: what if, the 2 servants that Harold was supposed to kill at the beginning (and that he faked now) are actually Justus's family, so knowing that they're still alive, he didn't go mad and won't become the final boss?
