@ImExpectingBetter Maybe that wouldn't be an issue if iOS wasn't locked down like a Fisher Price toy. Also there are ways, you just haven't looked or tried hard enough.
Worst-case scenario: Rip them from a desktop/laptop and push to cloud storage then download on the phone.

Mangadex the site is mobile-friendly, but not with the unnecessary high resolution images that put heavy strains on restricted bandwidth networks.

I wish we have a "low-res" opt-in option.

@phoenix_eD that's nice, but given the shear amount of planned features, I wouldn't hold my breath 😷
Right now I use a homebrewed reader with on-the-fly image resize proxy. If we have an official support on that front, IMO it will be closer to reality than a whole new server.
