rarely can open on tablet

not sure if this is the right area to post this but,

starting about a week or two ago my tablet can no longer open this site reliably. today i was able to open it 8-11 then it stoped working giving me "site cannot be reached" errors and yesterday i was able to open it 11-1. even now i can only open the site via my computer

not sure why my tablet isnt installing a newer version of chrome but installing firefox fixed the issue thanks
