Rate Limit Exceeded Error while submitting manga entry

Trying to create a new manga entry, was running into 'Primary cover is not in original language' error, it went away after I clicked the edit button and then reversed back into the 'My Drafts' section and then clicked submit.

But now I am running into 'Rate Limit Exceeded' while trying to submit an entry, I tried creating a new draft to try and submit the same entry again but still got the 'Rate Limit Exceeded' error
