[Reader] Option to shift the reader left/right

I frequently watch videos in a pop out viewer while reading since I only have one monitor. The reader is always locked to the middle, so I can't make the video viewer very big. It would be nice to be able to shift the reader horizontally, preferably with just a single button or a hotkey. I don't know if this is possible, but it would be cool if the reader could tell when a video is being played and move the page dynamically.

A good idea, alternatively if you have a wide enough screen you can restore down your window and have it like so to prevent cutoff.
