I like how the author mentioned that ZL's skill was primarily as a civil official rather than as a military tactician - don't get me wrong, he was probably one of the best strategists of the era, but what he was able to do to make the Shu kingdom flourish despite its lacking resources was kinda extraordinary
I tough it was going to be Sun Tzu or Gengis Kan. I imagined that it was going to be oriental, but with all respect, who the hell is this guy?
Sun Tzu is likely the most famous Chinese strategist, but one should know Zhuge Liang - sure, they're in two different eras, but he's probably the second most famous lol (maybe Han Xin would be moreso, not sure)
