Yeah this is my issue so far and what will likely make me drop this series. He is portrayed as this super reliable man since he has made so many military exploits but then he acts like he is 10 when it comes down to anything that requires him to think or understand anything. Doesn't need to be a playboy or a conniving bastard but c'mon have at least more than 2 braincells rubbing up against each other every chapter.
It actually makes sense when you realize he was in an environment with almost no woman and he was so unpopular with women that he has very little experience with them.

And this is an extremely cute woman that he has a crush on....

So I think it actually makes perfect sense for him to be so awkward.

Huh, that actually is a pretty realistic take on period cramps. Gf also always requested my help in pressing that exact area (underneath the spine, close to the butt but not exactly there, just on the slightly upper line) and also always asked to be pressed hard. Not exactly the lumbar or tailbone, but to the right and left of those, closer to the hip bone. Never seen her to be in so much pain that she's half-conscious and groggy, though (and she's also pretty resistant to travel sickness), but it did immobilize her sometimes.

Well, my concern in previous chapters were right. https://mangadex.org/chapter/c50b1794-284c-4464-a544-b86e80e3562d/15
She seems to "like" someone else that maybe looks like the prince, not the prince himself. Maybe this Atsuhito was her past lover that looks like him. So, I guess she didn't like the prince for himself?

He knows something right ? When she said the Jap name, he instantly thought "something inside me", and not "she is saying some other dude name"
Either way, feelsbadman.
He already experienced something similar in the previous chapter I linked above. She looked at him, but not him.
So, is the prince the reincarnation of someone from her past life, but she has her memories and he doesn't?
What makes you think this?
I admit my theory made her "evil", which contradicted her character so far.
But I feel like your speculation is somewhat wild.

That last page. After she calls out a Japanese name and speaks in what I'm assuming is Japanese. His reaction is "She didn't fall for me, but something inside me."

That something inside him could easily be someone's soul. I don't think it's that far of a leap considering how the chapter ended.

Hidden isekai???
Not really, she's very obviously reincarnated. Chapter 1 had her gasp that "Atsuhito" name when she saw Saryu for the first time.
damn. that last panel hurts my soul
Legit, this gonna be the make or break for me. I'm dropping if he doesn't show some sort of interest in "Atsuhito" that doesn't immediately peter out by next next chapter.

our FMC here had also taken something to help sleep through the pain, which might be where the half-conscious and grogginess is coming from, on top of her period being more severe than usual, going by the "heavy" modifier.

I admit I was a bit "ugh" when all the dudes in this chapter seemed to just be flustered and panicking over "woman having period!" because it's just treating the whole situation as a gag instead of having even one of them possess some basic knowledge.
I know they're all usually on the frontier for the most part, but one of them mentioned having a wife, so I was hoping this wouldn't be just "guy is clueless and ignorant about Woman Things" as is so often the case in all manner of media. (Like his asking the maid "isn't there a cure" to which she very understandably snapped at him in response.)

But I will give MC points for stepping up and doing what he can to help the FMC out and pushing through his panic and embarrassment to try and alleviate her suffering, instead of hiding away because "I don't know what any of this means". It's very in-tune with his character up to this point, but it's enough of a deviation from the oft-depicted basement-level attitude of men in these sorts of things that I'll give credit where it's due.

MC is just too excitable and it’s get old. He just feels unreliable at this point.
Yeah. He is reliable when things need to be done, but he loses all those braincells when it comes Miss Sitoen. Sure there guys who lose their shit for their gf but pages 6 and 7: Sitoen said that she needed to rest and Saryu says what they should do?

COME THE FUCK ON

Also a period chapter. Don't see those a lot these days

Rare for the time of month to come up in these sorts of stories. Even medical-focused ones have it in the context of a patient.
Bottom of the spine, huh? I should probably take note.

So she can tell he's a reincarnation of someone she also knew? That's...interesting. I hope she outright tells him sooner or later.
