@Qriiz Unfortunately that's no excuse because the government banned carrying weapons already. It means the government's stance is that the police does the fighting, civilians don't need to. So, what I said stands.

Anyway, I said that as a joke. Saitou Hajime represents only Saitou Hajime, not the police forces or the government.
