I actually don't have any explanation for this. Their last appearance was in chapter 190, when Ryuuka got back from her match. Both of them were completely dressed at the time, and now they're suddenly cuddling naked. Either Ritz forgot (or didn't have time) to insert a scene, or they just fucked in the waiting room after the match and are now cuddling post sex.

@farkenell the concept of underwear doesn't even exist in Saki; So does public indecency. Pretty much anything goes and superpower is not considered cheating. Even the true identity of Ritz-sensei remains a mystery.

Ueda Kana might be Kobayashi Ritz's long lost sister.
