Last time I heard they made a Lovecraftian-themed anime, I looked that shit up in a heartbeat and it turned out they were portraying the Elder Ones as a bunch of cute little girls. For fuck's sake Japan. It'd have to be done Blade of the Immortal/Vagabond/Vinland Saga style but with Junji Ito levels of insanity-stripping horror. In that case, yes please.

@DeusVult bleh, Nyarko chan was pretty harmless and had a fucked up ending, Demonbane was typical mecha OP, Ane no naru mono has its oh shit moments between the vanilla. Its all up to the market youre aiming for, and from the looks of the pitch i doubt a Samurai hunting cosmic horros would be a SOL
