Is there a reason why Sasaki and Miyano is no longer being updated?

I follow the chapters on Pixiv and there's been 3 new chapters in the last few months starting with event part 2, none of which were uploaded on Mangadex. Just wondering if we'll get any updates with volume 10 releasing in the next few days in Japan.
